Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Non-returnable items: Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bleo.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • In case of a defective or wrong item received, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
