Shipping Policy

From perusing our items to having them delivered right to your home, Bleo is dedicated to giving our consumers a flawless shopping experience. The terms and circumstances pertaining to the transportation of goods bought from our website are described in this shipping policy. To learn how we handle, package, and deliver your products, please carefully read our policy.

1. Time Spent Processing

After you place an order with us, it goes through a processing step where we make sure the order information is correct, check the payment, and get the item or items ready for shipping.

Order Confirmation: As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming it. Your order number and a list of the products you bought are included in this email.

Processing Time: Normal orders usually take one to three business days to process. However, the processing time could increase to three to five business days during holidays, busy times of the year, or special occasions.

Bulk or Custom Orders: Processing times may differ for bulk orders or bespoke goods. The approximate time frame will be communicated to customers at the time of order placement.

2. Delivery Schedules and Shipping Options

Bleo collaborates with reliable shipping companies to guarantee the timely and safe delivery of your products.

Domestic Shipping (Within India):

  • Delivery time for standard shipping is five to seven business days.
  • Delivery time for expedited shipping is two to four business days.
  • For purchases ordered by 12:00 PM, same-day or next-day delivery is available in a few cities.

International Shipping:
  • 7–15 business days for standard international shipping.
  • Express shipping to other countries: 3–7 business days.

3. Shipping Fees

The weight, size, destination, and shipment method chosen all affect the shipping costs. Before you confirm your order at checkout, the charges will be shown.

Free Shipping: Orders above ₹5,000 within India qualify for free shipping.
Extra Fees: There can be extra fees for some isolated locations or unreachable pin codes. You will be informed of these fees prior to the package being shipped.

4. Monitoring Orders

You will receive an email or SMS with the tracking information as soon as your order ships. Through the carrier's website or app, you can track the progress of your shipment using the tracking number that was provided.

Real-Time Updates: Our tracking system offers real-time updates, including the location of your package, estimated delivery date, and notifications of any delays during transit.

5. Packaging

Bleo ensures that all products are packaged with care to prevent damage during transit.

Protective Wrapping: Fragile items are wrapped with extra protective materials such as bubble wrap.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: We use sustainable and biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible.

6. Terms of Delivery

Our shipping partners make up to three delivery attempts. If a delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package is returned to us.

Reshipment: Customers can request a reshipment (additional charges may apply).
Signature Requirement: High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

All the items will be delivered within 10-15 working days.
